Sakun C Innovation Co., Ltd. was founded on August 4, 2017. with the objective of researching and developing innovative products using modern materials and technologies for integration into our product's designs. Our target is Modern Vehicle Products that are unique for Land Transportation and Marine Transportation. Apart from developing innovative products, we also promote quality transportation experiences, by enhancing the safety of Thailand's transportation systems. Every vehicle that leaves Sakun C, whether it is a boat or a bus, (as well as including other types of vehicles that will serve Thailand in the future) will be developed with "Safety as the number One Priority". Our ability to produce such quality and innovative products comes from the knowledge and experience of our parent company, Choknamchai Group. They are highly experienced in die production as well as stamping parts for the world's leading car makers. Choknamchai Group has a top team of industry leading engineers who use advanced CAD/CAM/CAE systems to design products that result. in high quality parts ranging from lightweight materials to finished parts of all shapes and sizes. Choknamchai group has a full and comprehensive understanding of different manufacturing processes, automation systems. and a complete supply chain.
MR. NAMCHAI SAKUNCHOKNUMCHAI (FOUNDER)
formed the business with a starting capital of 1 million Baht during the economic crisis when Thailand's car industry was under developed and full of complexity. Utilizing his strengths in engineering as well as time and cost management,Choknamchai Group grew significantly and became the leader in the design and manufacturing of large die production and stamping parts, supplying top car makers around the world. Apart from growing his business, Choknamchai Group's goal has always been todevelop and create innovative products with an emphasis on quality and safety under the brand name "Sakun C".

กลุ่มบริษัทโชคนำชัย เป็นบริษัทสัญชาติไทย 100% โดยเริ่มจากเงินทุนเพียง 1 ล้านบาท ลงทุนซื้อที่ดินที่จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 6 ไร่ เพื่อสร้างโรงงาน และลงทุนเครื่องจักรสำหรับทำแม่พิมพ์รถยนต์ตามที่ตั้งใจไว้

ก่อตั้งบริษัท โชคนำชัย ออโต้เพรสซิ่ง จำกัด
ซึ่งเป็นบริษัททำแม่พิมพ์รถยนต์แห่งแรก ในช่วงแรกโรงงานที่มีเพียง 2 อาคาร มีเครื่องจักรประมาณ 10 เครื่อง และมีพนักงานเพียง 20 คนเท่านั้น ลักษณะการทำงานในช่วงแรก จะเป็นการรับงานจากบริษัทที่ลูกค้าที่เคยทำงานด้วยกันเป็นส่วนใหญ่ หลังจากเปิดบริษัทได้ไม่นาน มีเจ้าหน้าที่ของบริษัท Honda ผ่านมาเห็นบริษัท จึงเข้ามาติดต่อและทดลองให้ทำงานแมชชีนส่งให้ ด้วยความตั้งใจ ความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน และคุณภาพงานที่ดี ทำให้บริษัทได้รับโอกาสทำแม่พิมพ์ให้กับ Honda โดยเริ่มจากให้ทำบาง die ก่อน แล้วเพิ่มจำนวน die มากขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ จนกระทั่งได้รับงานเป็น part และ model ตามลำดับ (แม่พิมพ์ 1 Model ประกอบด้วยหลาย part , 1 part ประกอบด้วยหลาย die ขึ้นอยู่กับ process การทำงาน) ทำให้บริษัทเริ่มมีชื่อเสียง และเป็นที่รู้จักในกลุ่มบริษัทรถยนต์ต่าง ๆ มากขึ้น จนทำให้ต้องมีการขยายโรงงาน เพิ่มเครื่องจักร และเพิ่มจำนวนพนักงาน เพื่อรองรับปริมาณงานที่เพิ่มขึ้น ถึงแม้ในช่วงนั้นประเทศไทยกำลังประสบปัญหาสภาวะเศรษฐกิจที่รุนแรงอย่างคาดไม่ถึง (ยุคฟองสบู่) แต่คุณนำชัยก็ไม่เคยท้อถอย และพยายามต่อสู้อย่างสุดกำลังจนนำพาบริษัทให้ก้าวผ่านวิกฤตในครั้งนั้นมาได้

ซีเอ็นซี ดีเท็คซ์ จำกัด
ก่อตั้งบริษัท ซีเอ็นซี ดีเท็คซ์ จำกัด เป็นบริษัทผลิต “แม่พิมพ์ชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์และอุปกรณ์ทำแม่พิมพ์” โดยมีสัดส่วนการถือหุ้นสัญชาติไทย 60 % ญี่ปุ่น 40 % (HPT ในเครือ Honda)
ธุรกิจมีการเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง
ธุรกิจมีการเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง และมีผลกำไรที่ดี จึงต้องการตอบแทนสังคม โดยการจัดตั้งศูนย์ฝึกอบรมด้านแม่พิมพ์ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เด็กที่มีฐานยากจนที่มีความตั้งใจในการเรียนรู้แต่ขาดโอกาส หลักสูตรจะมีระยะเวลาการเรียน 1 ปี และให้ค่าตอบแทนวันละ 200 บาท นอกจากนี้เมื่อจบหลักสูตรยังไม่มีข้อผูกมัดใดทั้ง ๆ สิ้น ทุกคนสามารถไปทำงานที่อื่นได้ตามความสมัครใจ ศูนย์ฝึกฯ แห่งนี้เปิดทำการเป็นระยะเวลา 4 ปี จึงยุติโครงการไป

ก่อตั้งบริษัท โชคนำชัย อีสเทิร์น เพรสซิ่ง จำกัด ตั้งอยู่ที่ จ. ชลบุรี เพื่อรองรับลูกค้าของบริษัท ที่มีการย้ายฐานการผลิตจาก จ.อยุธยา ไปที่จ. ชลบุรี เนื่องจากประสบปัญหาอุทกภัย

กลุ่มบริษัทของเราตัดสินใจผันตัวเองมาทำงานด้านนวัตกรรม เนื่องจากเห็นว่าบริษัทของเรา และบริษัทอื่น ๆ ในประเทศไทยมีศักยภาพเพียงพอที่จะสร้างสรรค์งานเหล่านี้ได้ จึงได้ตั้ง Brand สกุลฎ์ซี ขึ้นมา โดยใช้ประสบการณ์และความสามารถเกี่ยวกับ Advance Material Technology ที่เรามีเป็นจุดเริ่มต้น แต่การทำผลิตภัณฑ์นวัตกรรมขึ้นมานั้น สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ การตั้งโจทย์ว่าเราจะทำอะไร ซึ่งสิ่งที่ทางบริษัทกำหนดทิศทางในการสร้างนวัตกรรมหลังจากการวิเคราะห์จากสิ่งที่มีอยู่คือ

Product Overview
Boat
Today, most boats are made from fiberglass, However, over the past few years there have been attempts to use aluminum to replace fiber glass because of its strength and lightness. This means lower fuel costs. As a result, aluminum boats are increasingly in high demand in the market,but there are limitations that make aluminum boats difficult to make. Most shipyards spend around 6-8 months to make an aluminum boat. This process makes it very difficult to control the time and quality of production. Sakun C Innovation Co., Ltd. has developed a new method of producing aluminum boats through our own research and development. We use automotive production know-how and apply it to our boat production process. This starts with designing dies, creating large seamless aluminum parts,and using jig robots for boat assembly. Also, special adhesives for aluminum and glass is used which is the same technology as automotive and aviation production. All these processes combined make the aluminum boats that we developed to be of the highest quality and standard. It is with this sophisticated production process that we are able to meet the desired production time frame and meet the high market demand. In addition, we place emphasis on the safety and quality of the tourism industry. Every boat we produce has EVA foam to float in case of an accident. In addition, there is a safety platform on the edge of the boat and a solid roof to meet safety standards of boats imported from abroad.

The Sakun.C aluminum vehicles are unique with their light weight and strong structure and are made from high grade aluminum. As such, there are no rust worries to have if using vehicles near the sea. All components are designed and developed to meet the needs of the driver and passengers with emphasis on safety, (such as increased structure strength of the roof, reinforced points on the passenger side, and passenger side load points.) In addition, Sakun.C vehicles are developed and manufactured according to industry standards. The Sakun.C vehicle starts from computer design and calculation; the use of high quality dies to stamping parts and injection molding parts. The production and assembly of the Sakun C vehicle assembly welding jigs, robot welding jigs, and automation to inspect each part and assembly with high precision equipment and tools.

ระบบราง และชิ้นส่วนรถไฟ เป็นอีกหนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ทางบริษัทมีความสนใจ และมีแผนจะทำการวิจัยและพัฒนา เนื่องจากชิ้นส่วน อุปกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่ของรถไฟ เช่น แคร่โบกี้ขนส่งสินค้า ต้องนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ เพราะยังไม่มีผู้ประกอบการไทยที่สามารถผลิตสินค้าที่มีคุณภาพได้ จากการศึกษาข้อมูลเบื้องต้น และข้อมูลมาตรฐานการผลิตที่เรามี พบว่าเราสามารถนำ know how ด้าน Advance Material และเทคโนโลยีการขึ้นรูป พับ และดัด รวมถึงเครื่องจักรที่เรามีอยู่ผลิตอุปกรณ์ในส่วนนี้ภายในประเทศได้ ทั้งนี้เราได้มีการประสานงาน กับผู้อำนวยการระบบราง สวทช. เพื่อช่วยสนับสนุนการทำ Simulation และทดสอบความแข็งแรงให้กับผลิตภัณฑ์ ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างการดำเนินการ โดยในช่วงแรกของการวิจัยและพัฒนานั้น เราจำเป็นต้องมีการสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์บางรายการจากต่างประเทศ เช่น ล้อ, ระบบเบรค เพื่อให้สามารถผลิตต้นแบบได้รวดเร็ว และนำชุดต้นแบบไปให้การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทยทำการทดสอบประมาณ 6 เดือน หากผลการทดสอบผ่านตามมาตรฐานที่ตั้งไว้ ก็จะนำผลการรับรองที่ได้นี้ไปอ้างอิงสำหรับขึ้นบัญชีนวัตกรรมไทย เพื่อให้ภาครัฐสนับสนุนจัดซื้อจัดจ้างสนับสนุนสินค้าภายในประเทศต่อไป
